Specialist finance provider, Together, unveils new website

Together’s philosophy is simple: to provide individual finance solutions to markets traditionally underserved by mainstream lenders.

Together partnered with  Precedent to bring its new unified brand online through a comprehensive digital transformation.

After more than 40 years operating as a specialist lender, with more than 15 different brands, the group of companies previously known as Jerrold Holdings decided to create a single brand identity to affirm its status in the market as a leading finance provider. 

Board Director of Together, Marc Goldberg, commented: “We had accumulated a lot of different brand names as a result of our long-term success and we wanted to establish a single identity, since ultimately our key proposition remains the same across all our products, and that is taking an individual approach to each case.”

There had previously been nine live sites for the many brands which included Auction Finance, Bridging Finance, Blemain Finance, Lancashire Mortgage Corporation and Cheshire Mortgage Corporation; all of which had to come together under one user-friendly website.

The new website, built in Sitecore 8 release 4 by Precedent, now acts as a platform for sustained future growth, accredited to the flexibility and scalability of the technology. Precedent conducted in-depth user research to guide the needs-based navigation and TOV across the site to ensure Together’s customers remained central to all interactions. The site also utilises Sitecore’s personalisation capabilities to provide reassuring messaging and direction to visitors arriving from Together’s older brands and products.

The needs-based navigation and personalisation features we have developed powerfully communicate their identity, while clearly directing users to their goals – which we validated through close engagement and testing with their staff and customers."

Speaking of the new site, Steven Amos, Head of Marketing at Together commented, “It’s got a commanding presence and a very contemporary feel. It conveys Together’s ethos and ambitions, and is scaleable, so that it can be developed as the business grows. The major factor here was the timescale; with the task completed in just three months, from appointing Precedent to our go live date. Given the complexities of the job, staying on track was essential and it’s testament to the strength of the partnership that the site was actually ready ahead of schedule.”
