The British Medical Association shortlisted for the Digital Impact Awards 2016

Congratulations to our client, the British Medical Association (BMA), for their well-deserved award nomination at the Digital Impact Awards 2016. They have been shortlisted for the category ‘Best use of digital by a Charity, NGO or NFP’.

Over the course of 2016, we have worked with the BMA to undertake a number of significant improvements to their online estate, including the launch of a new website. The new site features an upgrade to Sitecore 8.1, a refreshed look and feel, and further integration between the core site and communities areas, allowing for a seamless user experience for members. We also worked with the BMA to undertake user testing and research to inform the design of a completely new information architecture, in order to optimise user journeys and to ensure site visitors are able to find the right information at the right time.
