If you need to escalate an issue - please give us a call - the London office number is 0207 2468900 - the Worthing office number is 01903 524999

Precedent aim to respond to all non-urgent queries within 3 business days. 
 
*Abuse Email*

If you are having issues with one of the services we supply - including domain related issues such as phishing scams or spam e-mail - please let us know at abuse@precedent.com.
 
*Complaints & Escalation Process*

For customers with a Client Director and Project Manager assigned - any complaints should be addressed to them.  
Any other customers wishing to make a complaint about the service you have recieved from Precedent need to send an e-mail to support@precedent.com or call one of our offices for further help.
If a complaint is not being managed to your statisfaction - please escalate it to 'escalation@precedent.com' - including the original issue if possible.

If your complaint regards .uk domain names,  you are also able to make a formal complaint about a registrar to Nominet (the .uk registry) here: http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure
