Digital is disrupting every industry, even those that aren’t obviously part of a technology driven environment. But what makes an organisation digital?

Digital no longer only refers to organisations that own or create their own tech. Rather, today, it’s about having digital principles built into the core identity of the organisation – regardless of industry. It’s about digital being part of an organisation’s DNA. Of course, the question now is what these ‘digital principles’ really are. To answer it, we have to take a step back and observe the processes of digital giants like Amazon or Google, and new disruptors like Slack.

In this 30-minute webinar, Marcos Villaseñor, UX Lead at Precedent, will talk about how digital teams can lead the transformation of their organisation by moving away from waterfall processes and thinking of themselves as agile product teams.

After decades of working with not-for-profit organisations, we are aware that rapid change isn’t necessarily something that doesn’t come easy for them. Whether you already identify as a digital organisation, or feel like you’ve got a long way to go before you get there, this webinar will provide some key insights into how to reshape your processes and methods of working, and embed agile processes and digital-thinking deep within your organisation.
