Director of Marketing

We are a rapidly growing start-up in the property and casualty insurance industry, focused on utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to revolutionize the way our clients do handle injury claims. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and help drive our company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our business goals and objectives
- Build and manage a marketing team to support the execution of the marketing strategy
- Create and manage a content marketing program to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Develop and execute campaigns to drive demand for our products and services
- Collaborate with our product and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use that knowledge to inform marketing strategy
- Identify new marketing opportunities and channels to drive business growth
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Experience leading and managing a marketing team
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation tactics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
