Quality Assurance Analyst

We are a rapidly growing start-up in the property and casualty insurance industry, focused on utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to revolutionize the way our clients do business. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and help ensure the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute testing procedures and protocols to ensure the quality of our products and services
- Identify and report defects and issues to the development team
- Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure that our products meet industry standards and regulations
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use that knowledge to inform quality assurance strategy
- Participate in the development of test plans, test cases and test scripts
- Participate in product reviews and provide feedback on requirements and design
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
