Quality Assurance Analyst

We are a rapidly growing start-up in the property and casualty insurance industry, focused on utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to revolutionize the way our clients do business. We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team and help ensure the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute testing procedures and protocols to ensure the quality of our products and services
  • Identify and report defects and issues to the development team
  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure that our products meet industry standards and regulations
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use that knowledge to inform quality assurance strategy
  • Participate in the development of test plans, test cases and test scripts
  • Participate in product reviews and provide feedback on requirements and design

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
