Registered Nurse

We are a rapidly growing start-up in the property and casualty insurance industry, focused on utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to revolutionize the way our clients do business. We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team and support product and technical development to automate medical bill review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical bills and claims for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with the product and technical development teams to identify and evaluate opportunities for automation
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for medical billing
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use that knowledge to inform product development
- Communicate with key stakeholders and partners to gather feedback and input on product development
- Provide guidance and support on medical billing and coding best practices
- Identify and document potential product improvements and new feature opportunities
Qualifications:
- Active RN license and 3+ years of experience in medical billing and coding
- Strong understanding of medical billing and coding process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
