Job Description: We are a rapidly growing start-up in the property and casualty insurance industry, focused on utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to revolutionize the way our clients do handle injury claims. We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and help drive our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our business goals and objectives
  • Build and manage a marketing team to support the execution of the marketing strategy
  • Create and manage a content marketing program to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive demand for our products and services
  • Collaborate with our product and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use that knowledge to inform marketing strategy
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and channels to drive business growth

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the property and casualty insurance industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Experience leading and managing a marketing team
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation tactics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus
