As the CEO and co-founder of Precedent, Grant Little is a recognized leader in the insurance industry with a strong background in technology and analytics. With over 20 years of experience in the field, he has held various leadership positions at esteemed companies such as AIG, Farmers, LexisNexis, and National General Insurance (an Allstate Company), where he served as Chief Technology Officer.
Throughout his career, Grant has been at the forefront of technology innovation, including developing and commercializing an artificial intelligence-based virtual inspection system called MyClaimPics. He has overseen and helped create the playbook for over a dozen company acquisitions and system integrations. His diverse background in technology and analytics has led to the creation of industry-leading predictive models for claims optimization, fraud detection, and subrogation. In his free time, Grant is a football enthusiast and enjoys spending weekends with his two children.
