Sivongile White

Sivongile has 30+ years’ experience in application development. More than 20 of those years are in the insurance industry. She managed the implementation of Guidewire for the Claims team at Direct Auto, where she also managed the application development teams which supported rating, billing and underwriting systems. Sivongile led the implementation of an enterprise consolidated document management system, merging 3 systems into one. After Direct Auto was acquired by National General, she shifted to IT compliance management, telecom, and establishing an AI team. The AI team implemented numerous chatbots and RPA processing which eliminated thousands of hours in manual processing.

Sivongile enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Lola and Leo, as well as entertaining friends, traveling, and cooking. She is currently working my way through the list of hardest recipes in the world.
